Since this right-handed knife has a back that is not sharp, you can use your left hand to push the blade with your fingers from the back.

The right-handed 164 knife has a single-edge 2.2” blade made of 12C27 stainless steel, designed to hold an edge and resist corrosion. The blade’s internal radius is ½ inch (13 mm) . The knife’s handle, made of oiled birch wood, is well balanced and comfortable in the hand.
